Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing and evolving the data and reporting related functions across all technology tools on Haleon. (Transact, Sequentra, Vantage, Client IQ, Finishline, etc). Responsible for the global consistency and quality for all reports.
  • Responsible for data quality and reporting to team leadership on performance and development. Interacts with key stakeholders for requirements gathering, workshops, data validating.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and client teams on all items which fall outside of a specific service line scope.
  • Act as coordinator for CBRE insights specialists supporting where needed. Will coordinate involvement of personnel from other departments and information technology groups to facilitate successful implementations
  • Identifies opportunities for improvements across technology, processes, governance etc. Works to simplify and streamline current processes. Collaborate with all service lines within the account in order to gain feedback and create playbooks to help improve BAU tasks.
  • Act as a facilitator, assisting the Global Account Director and other senior managers with coordinating service line activities, the preparation & provision of key deliverables; key performance measurement, compliance with contractual provisions and client policies as well as communications and driving and implementing best practice tools on account.
  • Specific to Haleon: Act as a facilitator and a main contact for Lease Admin Services (Data Management), Rent Management (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable), and Occupancy Management. I also act as a liaison between the Transaction Management team and the client to resolve any data quality problems.
  • Support Account Director to review, prepare and agree the annual budget with the client.
  • Admin/Co-ordination : Assist in the preparation of scheduled reports, raise purchase orders for the services delivered through the Global MSA, raise invoices (core fee + TM fees) in an accurate and timely manner. Conduct a regular review of the budget to ensure compliance with revenue recognition requirements before quarterly invoicing is initiated.
  • Oversee the account's P&L, regularly review it with the vertical's management, and closely collaborate with the vertical's Financial Business Partner.
  • Compliance : Build relationship with Client Supply team, Ensure agreed policies and processes are adhered to and the MI reporting to the client is completed in prescribed times, Work with CBRE internal compliance teams to ensure clients processes are adhered to, Support audit queries
  • Operations: Maintain Microsoft Teams Channel as well as Shared Drive, Build and update all templates based on any changes made by the client, pull or create any reports required by Global Account Director, assist in any handovers, training or educating of new team members on all Client's.
  • Creation of tools and playbooks, ad hoc reporting
  • Support in creation and distribution of surveys in line with contractual obligations
  • Collation and reporting of BU performance metrics where required
  • Assist the team with any ad hoc project support
