Job Responsibility:

Thank you for your interest in the post of Major Investment Project Manager with Historic Environment Scotland (HES) based at Longmore House. This is a permanent and pensionable appointment. The post will report directly to the Head of National Investments Projects and will initially be working on the development of a Sustainable Management Plan for Holyrood Park. As Major Investment Project Manager/Architect, you will work in conjunction with the Project Sponsor and Strategy Group, oversee the Project Team, Design Team & Client Team, develop the project brief and manage initial phases including feasibility studies, concept design and coordinating bids for potential funding.
