Over the 3-year placement, you'll work closely with Senior Finance Leaders and Business Partners as a member of our regional finance team. You'll be given responsibility from day one, gradually gaining more as you increase your experience and knowledge.

Through annual rotational placements, you'll gain valuable experience in each of the following areas, helping you develop a comprehensive understanding of finance operations and their role in supporting business objectives:

• Financial Planning and Analysis
• Management Accounting
• Financial Reporting
• Taxation and Compliance
• Audit and Assurance
• Treasury and Cash Management
• Business Partnering

Here are some of the things we'll teach you to do:

• Collaborate with Sales teams to judge the financial suitability of new business.
• Review, challenge and approve customer pricing and contracts.
• Help prepare accurate reports and performance analysis.
• Become a point of contact for any internal finance-related queries.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations.
• Act as an ambassador for Finance, promoting cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Although we're offering a hybrid working contract, you will be expected to join us in our Ashford, Kent office several times a week, so you'll need to live within commuting distance.
