CPSL Mind is a vibrant, values-led charity that supports local people in their recovery from mental health issues, promotes wellbeing and campaigns against stigma and discrimination.

We are looking for a Project Worker to join our busy Perinatal team in delivering mental health and wellbeing support to new mums and dads as they start their journey of parenthood.

The role is for 30 hours per week (Monday - Thursday) and is based in Peterborough with some travel across Cambridgeshire.

As a service we deliver a variety of courses and groups as well some one to one support. The role would involve delivery and facilitation of those groups as well as being able to build connections with our parents to ensure we are able to support them as full as we can. The role would involve working in the community as well as some hybrid work between the office and home.

The successful candidate will be able to show compassion, respect and understanding to the new parents we are working with as well as being able to communicate effectively with them and various professionals. They will also be required to have the skills to manage their time efficiently and being able to work independently as well as part of the team. We welcome applications from people with lived experience.
