This role has the opportunity of flexibility with working hours being full or part time dependent on the applicant and needs of the business. There is also the opportunity to split the role into two part time positions. This can be discussed in more detail at interview stage.

Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper/Office Coordinator in the automotive and event industry. As a bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the Finance Manager, whilst the Office Coordinator ensures the smooth operation of our office. This position requires a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Bookkeeping for the business, entering purchase invoices, raising sales invoices, running financial reports and providing accounting support to the Finance Manager via the accounting system Microsoft Dynamics 365. Training on this system will be provided.
  • Coordinate and manage all administrative tasks, including handling correspondence and maintaining office supplies inventory
  • Manage and update databases and filing systems
  • Assisting with all office contracts
  • Reviewing and implementing appropriate process's (health & safety/security)
  • Liaising with the health & safety consultant (Peninsula), maintaining health & safety records for the office, including health & safety updates to staff and risk assessments
  • IT and phone system management
