We're looking for someone who shares our passion for creating sustainable solutions and is eager to make a meaningful impact in this growing and dynamic field. If you have a keen interest in working within the NetZero space and are excited to be part of a forward-thinking team, we'd love to hear from you.

What we'll be asking you to do:

The DEA will play a crucial role in delivering technical retrofit pathways for our clients and partners. In this position, you'll be at the heart of our mission, ensuring that the PAS process is not only technically compliant but also seamlessly integrated into our overall approach.

You will be at the forefront of supporting the delivery of zero carbon retrofit projects, making a significant impact in our mission to drive sustainable energy solutions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring that all project activities are meticulously coordinated, meeting the highest standards of quality and compliance. A key part of your responsibilities will be the production of PAS2035-compliant documentation, working closely with the Retrofit Coordinator to support seamless project delivery.

What we would like from you:

To be successful in this role from the outset, you should have previous experience in:

  • Using your technical knowledge to deliver compliant PAS projects, ensuring processes and standards are consistently adhered to.
  • Liaising with the Programme Manager to identify priorities for Pathways and providing Retrofit Coordinator process support.
  • Conducting technical reviews of surveys and Retrofit Assessments for errors, utilising your training as a DEA, Retrofit Assessor, or equivalent knowledge.
  • Filling data gaps where survey information is missing by using online sources and/or making assumptions in line with SAP protocols.
  • Creating detailed technical write-ups to accompany each Pathway, specifying the measure order, sequencing logic, caveats, assumptions made, condition issues, required remedial works before retrofit, and details of any previous retrofit work.
  • Collaborating with Sero technical experts to find bespoke solutions for buildings that present complex retrofit challenges.
  • Revising and reissuing Pathways as needed, such as in response to client feedback.
  • Tracking KPIs to assist with resource planning and monitor business delivery metrics.
  • Staying up to date with changes to industry retrofit standards, including SAP and PAS2035.
  • Proposing and implementing improvements to enhance the efficiency of the Pathways process and sharing these ideas with the wider team.
  • Working as part of the Pathways team, while effectively prioritising your own workload to meet weekly targets and broader KPIs.
  • Being proficient in a wide range of tools, including RdSAP, AdobePro, Excel, and the full suite of MS Office tools.
  • Drivers licence as there will be occasional travel to sites.
