Hours of Work
37.5 hours per week (hours of work will be flexible and dictated by the needs of the business, therefore it is expected that the successful applicant will work those hours necessary to successfully discharge the duties of the role).

The Role
Overview
This role is within our well-established Customer Account Manager Team. The role will be integral in supporting the Customer Account Managers in the Management and Maintenance of all Lifetime Mortgages Post Completion to a high standard.
Key Outputs
- Package and complete full assessment checks on applications for further borrowing for all funders
- Package applications for customers wanting to port their mortgage to another property for all funders.
- Manage any Broker KFI requests
- Carry out Tenants in Common checks for further borrowing
- Manual plan reviews
- Manage further borrowing pipeline report ensuring all customer accounts are fully up to date
- Support the Customer Account Managers in maintaining and managing the Customer Account email Inboxes
- Manage emails in the CAM Co inbox.
- Process any incoming post that supports any further lending or Porting of current Mortgage (ID, Bank details, Insurance details)
- Uphold the core values of Pure Retirement.
