Role Overview:

We're looking for a versatile and organised Social Media and Administration Assistant to support our marketing efforts and office operations. In this entry-level role, you'll manage our day-to-day social media presence, seeking to engage and grow our audience, and ensure our office runs smoothly, contributing to both the creative and administrative sides of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish content across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and growth objectives.
  • Content Calendar Management: Work with our design team and Strategic Comms Coordinator to develop content and ensure timely and effective social media activity.
  • Analytics Tracking: Track, analyse, and report back on social media performance metrics, offering clear insights and recommendations to improve engagement.
  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day assistance including support to onboard and invoice clients, maintain up-to-date records and file company expenses.
  • Office Management: Maintain office supplies, organise physical and digital filing systems, handle correspondence, and ensure the office is clean and presentable.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and promoting company events, webinars, and other activities through social media and internal channels.

Experience required:

  • Knowledge of social media
  • Administration experience
  • Clerical proficiency; e-signature and accountancy software is a plus.
  • Written and verbal communication acumen, with the ability to liaise with and work collaboratively with a creative team.
  • Exposure to a customer-facing role or in handling customer enquiries.
  • Competence with CRM software and database management
