What the Hiring Manager Says This role sits in the Marketing team, working across the investment management and financial planning business units, and working with the channel marketers in the team. It is a great job for someone who is highly organised, proactive and works well with a range of stakeholders. The role reports into the Propositions Marketing Manager. About the Role The individual will work closely with the business's Marketing and Front Office functions to produce factsheets for all propositions and manage the schedule of award entries for Quilter Cheviot and Quilter Cheviot Financial Planning. They will be responsible for managing the review of Financial Promotions (FPs) from a marketing and brand perspective, in particular, pitch documents and presentations, to ensure they are clear, fair, and not misleading. Responsibilities:
  • Factsheets:
    • Ensure timely and accurate production and delivery of factsheets
    • Work with performance and risk team to conduct thorough checks prior to distribution
    • Reduce error rates and mitigate risks through the adoption of appropriate controls and process documentation
    • Timely distribution of factsheets to relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Awards
    • Collate content for award submissions throughout the year for Quilter Cheviot and Quilter Cheviot Financial Planning
    • Follow and adhere to compliance procedures, getting the relevant approval before submission
    • Create and maintain an award database and liaise with external providers
    • Produce MI for reporting purposes
  • Financial Promotions (FPs)
    • Ensure accuracy and integrity of information presented, including ensuring that products, services and content are consistently and accurately represented
    • Work with investment managers, financial planners, and compliance to ensure all presentation material used by the business is compliant
    • Support the channel marketers in the the review of Financial Promotions (FPs) across all media and marketing material
    • Act as the main point of contact for all FPs related to presentations and pitch documents; work closely with Investment Manager, Financial Planners, Marketing and Compliance to ensure they are clear, fair, and not misleading
    • Ensure that all FP records are maintained and updated as required by the regulator
    • Assist with the periodic review of material created by the channel marketers
    • Maintain an up to date understanding of the Quilter Cheviot approach to responsible investment, to ensure that marketing materials correctly articulate this.
The individual in this role will work with teams around the business including Investment Management teams, Financial Planning teams, Sales, Compliance and Marketing.
