Job Responsibility:

Salary: £30,138.62 per annum plus Veolia benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Portsmouth PO3 5QH / Alton, Hampshire GU34 4JD (can be based at either site)

What will you be doing?

  • Driving a Class 2 vehicle daily to various sites / collection and drop off points, collecting and loading samples (dry mixed recyclables/ household)
  • Inspecting and reporting on the loads delivered into the facilities
  • Effective and compliant delivery of samples to the facility
  • Liaise with the site supervisory teams and weighbridge operators, to maintain efficient and effective operations
  • Complete all relevant daily inspections and associated paperwork

What are we looking for?

  • HGV class 2 licence
  • CPC card
  • Digital tacho card
