We are seeking an exceptional Associate Assistant Headteacher to lead our behaviour, climate, and ethos initiatives. This is a pivotal role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive behaviour management strategy
- Lead and mentor the behaviour management team
- Build strong partnerships with students, parents, and staff
- Drive improvements in student behaviour, attendance, and well-being
- Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the school
