Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive behaviour management strategy
• Lead and mentor the behaviour management team
• Build strong partnerships with students, parents, and staff
• Drive improvements in student behaviour, attendance, and well-being
• Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the school
