The Role:
As a new Personal Admin Assistant, you'll be the backbone of our daily operations. Your role will be dynamic and varied, including:
- Client fulfilment: Assisting with delivering exceptional services to our clients
- General Administration: You'll be supporting your manager by keeping everything running smoothly, keeping our records up to date and ensuring everything is scheduled to perfection
- Customer Service and Support: You'll take the lead on providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care
- Personal Assistant Duties: You'll be working directly under Georgia, aiding with daily tasks
You'll start by supporting with various tasks across the team, and as we grow, you'll have the opportunity to specialise in an area that suits your strengths and interests
What we are looking for:
Although full training and support will be provided, ideally, we are looking for someone who:
Required:
- Is familiar with Apple systems (we will be providing an iMac)
- Familiar with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft products
- Can accurately type at speed, minimum of 50 words per minute
- Has their own dedicated workspace within their home
- Communicates effectively and works well independently
- Is highly organised and has impeccable timekeeping
- Is adaptable and ready to grow with the role
- Fluent English speaker
- Can accurately follow instructions, written or verbal

- Forward thinking, shows initiative and displays good problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the role
