Job Responsibility:

We have a position available for a practical and versatile Office Experience Manager to manage our offices, so they run safely, smoothly and are generally a lovely place to work and collaborate. This role is fully office based, very hands on and does not currently involve any people management.

We're based in a great location in the centre of Cardiff, a short walk from Cardiff Central Station. We know to create the best technology we need the best people, so we make a real effort to make Method4 not only a great place to work but a place where our people can do amazing things.

The role

  • Welcoming both employees and guests to the offices
  • Call handling
  • Guest refreshments
  • Stock replenishment and ordering
  • Making sure the offices are following health and safety and security processes
  • Assisting the Business Manager with setting up on-site employee engagement, training and events
  • Making sure on-site equipment is patched and ready to go for users
  • Testing fire alarms
  • Booking in site maintenance
  • General office support and administration when requested

Essential skills

  • Great communication skills both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Experience with stock management and ordering
  • Proven experience of self-management
  • IT literate with a full working knowledge of MS Office
  • Working knowledge of basic IT equipment (setting up equipment and installing software)

Desirable but not essential skills

  • Certified first aider

Benefits: 25 days holiday per annum (plus bank holidays) increasing by one day for every completed year up to 35 days; bonus scheme; health insurance, cycle to work scheme; charity and social events throughout the year.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
