Job Responsibility:

Pay Rate: £30,000 Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 Location: Coventry (CV8 3LF) remote working.

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Environmental Auditor to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Working closely with the Environmental Compliance Manager the Environmetal Waste Auditor will be responsible for the auditing of EnviroSolutions 3rd party reuse & recycling partners to validate they meet DHLSC and legislative requirements. The Environmental Waste Auditor will also support Customer operations to ensure they remain compliant with waste legislation.
• Attend industry events and seminars on an agreed basis to ensure levels of industry knowledge and expertise are maintained.
• Visit and provide compliance support to Customer operations to ensure they remain legally compliant.
• Provide MI KPI reports to the management team as agreed with the business.
• Travel up to 75% of working hours to visit & audit sub-party contractors.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• 3 years experience within a Supply Chain environment essential.
• Experience of working with a wide range and variety of subcontractors and customers.
• Experience working in a waste environment highly desired.
