Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive, complete and return all Council instructions within time limits specified, using interface called

Streetsmart. When completed file appropriately.

  • Print out Special Collections on a daily basis.
  • Answer the telephones and deal with any day-to-day administration issues with the Client and Company.
  • Print and distribute round sheets to all round boxes, including key inspection sheets.
  • Contact crews with any day-to-day issues. Escalate issues to the Contract Supervisor, if required.
  • Complete any reasonable request from the Contract Supervisor/Manager for the smooth running of the Contract.
  • Book in all crews on completion using the debrief online form.
  • Minute taking at important meetings, such as disciplinary hearings.
  • Updating daily entry forms regarding operational tasks.
  • Completing payroll and timesheets on WFM
  • Responsible for the control and checking of agency staff timesheets.
  • Complete all purchase orders and cheque requests in accordance with Company procedures.
  • Record and order uniform when required.
  • To remain polite and respectful with all colleagues, members of the public and client representatives at all

times.

  • To assist the Contract for any administrative tasks.
