Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive, complete and return all Council instructions within time limits specified, using interface called
Streetsmart. When completed file appropriately.
- Print out Special Collections on a daily basis.
- Answer the telephones and deal with any day-to-day administration issues with the Client and Company.
- Print and distribute round sheets to all round boxes, including key inspection sheets.
- Contact crews with any day-to-day issues. Escalate issues to the Contract Supervisor, if required.
- Complete any reasonable request from the Contract Supervisor/Manager for the smooth running of the Contract.
- Book in all crews on completion using the debrief online form.
- Minute taking at important meetings, such as disciplinary hearings.
- Updating daily entry forms regarding operational tasks.
- Completing payroll and timesheets on WFM
- Responsible for the control and checking of agency staff timesheets.
- Complete all purchase orders and cheque requests in accordance with Company procedures.
- Record and order uniform when required.
- To remain polite and respectful with all colleagues, members of the public and client representatives at all
times.
- To assist the Contract for any administrative tasks.
