Job Responsibility:

The role

We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen within our Direct Services Team for a Fleet Coordinator. You'll help ensure that all Southern Housing vehicles nationally are fully roadworthy and that all services, insurances and taxes are fully up to date. You'll coordinate the leasing, hiring and maintenance of all vehicles nationally, while monitoring and recording nationally all vehicle related costs, highlighting areas of concern to the relevant Line Manager. You'll assist in identifying and making significant savings for Southern Housing on products and supplies purchased nationally.

What you'll have

• Experience of working with external suppliers and delivering cost effective outcomes.
• The ability to work well in a team, self-motivated and able to achieve targets and a high standard of service.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office and web-based portals.
• The ability to plan and prioritise workload to ensure the effective use of own time and delivery of work plans to agreed timetables.
