Are you looking for a role where you can make a real impact? We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Administrative Assistant to provide prompt and courteous service to the FISS Leadership Team. In this role, you will support the Compliance Officer and Personal Assistant with diary management, minute-taking, and general administrative tasks, helping to maintain effective office systems and ensuring the smooth delivery of administrative responsibilities. In this role, it is crucial to ensure compliance with all in-house policies and procedures and to complete in-house rotas in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work to a high standard. If you are dedicated, efficient, and ready to contribute to a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you! You will assist with meeting planning, prepare agendas, and ensure that all necessary papers are distributed appropriately. Additionally, you will take minutes at Divisional meetings, ensuring they meet the required standard. You will be responsible for ordering stationery for team and managing your workload effectively to provide flexible support to others in the department. This role also involves processing HR forms, travel and expense claims, and maintaining accurate records. You will assist with the complaints process for the Division and ensure that personnel files are maintained in accordance with Trust Policy.
