Contract Type: Permanent - Fulltime

Shift Pattern/ Time: 4 on 4 off (Red Shift), 18:00 - 06:00, 38.5 hrs average p/wk

Rate:£13.20

Location: Greencore Bow, Twelvetrees Crescent, London E3 3JG

(Please note this is a full-time role only)

What you'll be doing -

  • Complete start-up equipment checks, follow factory procedures, and ensure product quality by monitoring ingredients and processing standards.

  • Take temperature readings and maintain traceability records for ingredients and finished products throughout the process.

  • Maintain equipment cleanliness, follow allergen segregation procedures, and ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are upheld.

  • Identify and report any quality issues, foreign bodies, or inaccuracies, and take corrective actions promptly.

  • Assist the QA team with sampling, stay informed on product changes, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal standards including HACCP.

  • Ability to work in a fast past, chilled environment
  • Has a keen eye for detail and can demonstrate working in a safe manner and to good H&S practices
  • Able to manage the team and follow management instructions and procedures
  • Good level of numeracy and literacy skills both verbal and written
  • Basic Awareness of Health and Safety
