Job Responsibility:
Do you want to be part of a new and exciting team, being involved in the creation of an asset / Equipment management system across the Primary, Community, Dental Care Directorate? We are looking for several team members who are innovative and enthusiastic and looking for a challenge will an eye on success. You will need to be a self starter and a great communicator and willing to input ideas and suggestions to help move this team forward. There will be a requirement to travel to different Oxford Health sites as well as patients homes and therefore the successful candidate will need to have access to a vehicle and have a full, clean driving licence.

The core function of this post is to ensure that the asset register (used for registering all assets and recording all amendments) is updated and managed in line with the Directorate requirements, and best professional practice. To also work closely with the operational and clinical team at each site to agree a standardised register of assets at each site and relevant training in place. - To manage and work independently to maintain an electronic register of all assets on each ward. When necessary, refer to the Operational Support Manager.
- To ensure availability at all times of an accurate and complete asset register
- To develop and undertake a timetable of activities, to ensure that the accuracy, integrity, and general performance of the asset register is maintained.
- To be responsible for ensuring that all assets are linked with the relevant up-to-date procurement, service and repair information.
- To provide data when required to influence future management and procurement of assets.
- To validate and deal with any queries relating to data or information prior to any updates into the asset register.
