Job Responsibility:

To provide a high-quality reception service and care to relatives attending the critical care unit. To support the Critical Care team in undertaking all administrative duties required by the clinical team on either Sunderland or South Tyneside site. Responsible for receiving, assisting and directing relatives/carers/other healthcare professionals in accessing the Unit in a courteous, efficient and effective way. Provide general assistance to the wider Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) and project a positive and friendly image to relatives and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
