Job Responsibility:
Are you an experienced PA/Administrator with excellent organisational and communication skills? Do you thrive in a busy environment where you will be encouraged to work autonomously using your own initiative? An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to work with the Senior Management Team for Primary, Community and Dental Services. We are looking for someone who likes to be busy, works well in a team, and is able to communicate well with staff and members of the public. You will be an effective and experienced administrator, comfortable with using your own initiative. Our administration team provides diary management, sets up meetings and events, manages papers for meetings and takes minutes. We are also the first port of call for the senior management team. We are a friendly team, the office is busy, and the work is interesting and varied. You will be working with a number of senior managers, helping our staff to provide the best care to patients. We offer excellent support, training and good development opportunities. The office is based in Abingdon Community Hospital.
