We are excited to be opening a search for a Mergers & Acquisitions Coordinator to join our & M&A function. This role will report into our Head of M&A Execution, and you will have the responsibility of supporting the M&A team to achieve their annual targets. This will be done through coordinating key activities & projects, and assisting the Head of M&A Execution and Senior M&A Manager throughout the acquisition process.

Employment Duties:

  • Due diligence - reviewing key documentation to ensure everything is accounted for, in date and chasing anything that is missing. Ensuring each department has access and completes their reviews and risk logs on time
  • Organising site visits and chasing reports, following up with any actions highlighted in the reports or getting feedback needed from partners/other stakeholders
  • Organising calls/meetings with stakeholders
  • Reviewing dental practices for potential acquisition and conducting practice analysis against our criteria, creating presentations to get sign off from C-suite
  • Creating the M&A timelines and action logs, updating the pipeline summary and other key documentation throughout the business with acquisition updates
  • Updating Salesforce with the information and Financials for the acquisition targets and leads
  • Assisting with the signing of legal documentation and witnessing via Docusign
  • Assisting with information required for CQC and NHS including ICO & HSE reports, filling out NHS Annex's and responding to queries
  • Ensuring all shared drives are up to date and all relevant people have access
  • Supporting the Head of M&A Execution & Senior M&A Manager with any other acquisition related activity

Experience:

  • Previous experience in project coordination/administration
  • M&A experience desirable
  • Knowledge of the dental industry desirable
  • IT literate - including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work without supervision, prioritising your workload based on deadlines, organising and the ability to multitask
  • Understanding of leases and supporting documentation desirable
