About the role:
As an Integration Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating integration activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve integration goals.
You will be required to work closely with the respective workstream leads, and Managers. The Integration Coordinator is a key part of the integration team and should always be able to assist as and when required. Responsibilities may vary.
Effective communication and engagement with all stakeholders will be crucial, ensuring alignment and accountability. Acting as a liaison between various teams and stakeholders, you will foster a collaborative integration environment. You will provide substantial support to Workstream Leads in executing integration plans and addressing issues.
Due to the nature of this role, travel may be required to both Head Office in Cheltenham and to acquiring offices.
About you:
You excel in facilitating communication and engagement with stakeholders, ensuring alignment across workstreams. With experience as a Project Coordinator, you support Workstream Leads in executing integration plans and addressing issues.
Your collaborative nature and excellent communication skills enable seamless work with cross-functional teams, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Detail-oriented and proactive, you gather requirements, handle confidential information with care, and ensure all integration activities align with the company's strategic objectives.
Your strong organisational and time management skills allow you to prioritise and multi-task effectively, meeting deadlines under pressure. Desirable skills include Prince2 certification and experience in Financial Services and business/systems integration, enhancing your ability to monitor integration progress and address challenges across all service lines.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Facilitate effective communication and engagement with all stakeholders to ensure alignment across multiple workstreams
- Provide substantial support to Workstream Leads in executing integration plans and addressing issues.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including People, Finance, Marketing, Technology, and Operations, to facilitate a smooth integration process.
- Ensure all integration activities align with the company's strategic objectives and contribute to the overall acquisition strategy.
- Keep all plans and documentation updated detailing timelines, milestones, and key performance indicators.
- Report on integration progress, highlighting potential risks or challenges
- Maintain a strong understanding of relevant regulations and internal policies to guide integration efforts.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of integration protocols and best practices based on feedback and lessons learned.
- Proactively address integration challenges across all service lines and support functions.
- Continuously monitor integration progress using project management tools and metrics.
Essential skills and experience
- Experience as a Project Coordinator within a similar industry
- Comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented and proactive individual who is capable of gathering requirements and handling confidential information
- Fluent English in both verbal and written with excellent communication skills
- Competent using MS Office
- Able to meet deadlines
- Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Able to work under pressure with accuracy and focus
Desirable skills and experience
- Prince2
- Experience working within Financial Services desirable
- Experience of business/systems integration is strong desirable.
Salary and benefits
£25,000 to £32,000 depending on experience
