As a Room Service Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our room service department. Working closely with senior management and your team members, you will uphold our reputation for excellence by consistently delivering the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel room service department, ensuring efficiency and quality service delivery.
  • Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve departmental goals.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation in all room service areas.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and exceed expectations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to ensure availability of supplies and amenities for guests.
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction
  • Foster a positive working environment based on teamwork, mutual respect, and open communication.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Demonstrate a passion for excellence in customer service, leading by example and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional experiences with every interaction.

What you Need:

  • Experience in leading and managing a team, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Genuine passion for providing first-class customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and delegate tasks.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs.
