We are currently seeking a passionate, diligent and conscientious Room Attendant to join our team at Glenmor.

The on target earning potential for this role is £14.51 / per hour - comprising a base hourly rate of £12.31, plus a qualified estimate of £2.20 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.

The shift patterns for this role are 8am to 4pm and 10am to 4pm, working 11hrs to 16.5hrs, over 2 or 3 from 7 days.

• Taking take huge pride in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene in your allocated home are consistently achieved, including scheduled deep cleaning
• You'll care for every corner of your home, ensuring every surface shines, every bed is made to perfection and every inch of every carpet is spotless
• Supporting our departures and arrivals 3 days each week, you'll be key to making sure we're always ready to receive our guests
• Proactively replenishing and replacing items as required by our guests
• Making sure the correct cleaning materials are used for each task, checking equipment regularly and swiftly reporting any maintenance issues
• Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

• Ideally, you'll have previous experience within a similar role however we'll provide you withfull training
• You're adaptable, and available to work a flexible schedule, in line with the changing needs of our business
• Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
• You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
• A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
