Your role:We are searching for a skilled sales administrator to join our team and manage advertising campaigns across various print and digital platforms. A major part of your role will be as an adbooker with the main objective of collaborating with sales to secure ad placement, as well as other aspects of the role.
You will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing advertisements and booking processes. You will be responsible for booking print and digital advertisements for sales across the company for The Sun & The Times / The Sunday Times, along with magazines such as Fabulous, Times Luxury, Times Money Mentor, and The Sun Magazine. This role is based in London working 3 days a week from the office and two days at home.
Day to day you will:
Booking advertisements for both newspapers and digital online through Salesforce and Adpoint.
Managing print and digital advertisements across the network.
Working on both Salesforce and Adpoint.
Liaising with print planners and digital partners for any amendment/changes.
Processes and workflows / accepting and rejecting bookings.
Submitting order payments on behalf of sales.
Issuing sales transaction invoices/pro-forma
Verifying orders, including customers personal information and payment details
Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
Worked within a changing environment with a positive approach to new opportunities
Outstanding relationship building skills
Proficiency in using booking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
