Job Description Bank Porter - Oaks Hospital - Bank Hours The role With a strong focus on customer service, our team of Porters provide a vital service in our hospital. Escorting patients in a safe and friendly manner is a key function of the role. As a Porter you will be required to provide general porter services to our Theatre department and general porter duties. What you will bring with you Be friendly and professional combined with excellent customer service skills. Will need to be physically fit to carry out a wide range of manual handling tasks such as transferring patients on trolley beds or moving furniture and equipment throughout the hospital. You will need to have a friendly ‘can do' attitude that supports the values of the Company. The successful candidate will need to work flexible hours that could include annual leave cover and weekends. What we give back to you
