Job Responsibility:
We have a new opportunity for an experienced Claims Advisor to join our teams in either our Glasgow, Leeds or Bristol offices.
We are seeking a skilled Claims Handler to manage and process insurance claims efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and have excellent communication skills.

We will rely on you to:
Investigate and process insurance claims
Communicate with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders
Assess claims validity and ensure timely settlements
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Provide exceptional customer service and support
What you need to have:
Previous experience in insurance claims handling is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Proficiency in using claims management software
