Job Responsibility:

Applications are invited for the post of Teaching Learning and Student Experience (TLSE) Administrator, within Information, Advice and Guidance team in the School of Social Sciences. We are seeking to appoint an individual with strong knowledge, skills, and an understanding of Teaching, Learning and Student Experience, with proven experience in a customer facing role.

The successful candidate will support the administration of all required activities within the Information, Advice and Guidance team including (but not limited to): Supporting and developing the school's academic advisor scheme, supporting PEER & PASS Schemes, supporting student societies, arranging and running events, coordinating welcome week activities, graduation support, proactive support and student experience initiatives, general administrative duties, working on the student hub, phones and answering emails for example. This role may also require some flexibility to work with colleagues in other Schools within the Faculty of Humanities.

Anyone wishing to work in a busy and challenging environment, who has an ability to work to tight deadlines whilst under pressure and can ensure high quality procedures (that comply with University rules, regulations and policies) be applied consistently, has a flexible approach to work and the ability to work proficiently with a range of MS 365 application is encouraged to apply.
