Job Responsibility:

What you'll work: Contracted to 21.5 hours, working 3 Days a week, shifts are usually 1330-2100 on weekdays and 1300-2030 on weekends. As this is a part time role, the pro rata salary will be £13,751 (Equivalent of £12.30 per hour) What you'll do: As Team Leader you'll be responsible for driving sales, inspiring the teams and making sure every customer has a brilliant experience. That isn't always easy in locations such as hospitals, so you'll need to thrive on pressure. A role model for the team, you'll show junior team members how it's done.
