- 15 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, 2 days a week, 8am - 4.30pm, Term Time only plus 2 PD (Professional Development) days

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Office Manager who will have joint responsibility for managing the general operation of the school office and the main responsibility for the financial management of the school under the guidance of leaders. You will provide administrative support to all members of our school community, building strong relationships with our staff team, our children and our families.
Your responsibilities
- Human resources administration.
- Financial administration.
- Budget setting with Headteacher and budget administration.
- Facilities management administration.
- Reception duties.
- PA support to the staff team and headteacher.
- Ensuring the office function provides a quality service and runs efficiently in conjunction with other staff.
- Planning, developing and monitoring whole school systems, procedures and policies in conjunction with other staff.
You will need:
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Finance experience, using SIMS and Arbor for financial and school information would be an advantage but full training will be given.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Office management and administration experience or similar.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to multiple tasks.
