A little bit about what we are looking for...Join our team as a Building Services Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in ensuring all property-related compliance services are effectively delivered. Your primary focus will be on fire safety, maintenance, and FRA actions, while also covering all statutory compliance areas.

Your responsibilities...
- Project a positive image of PA Housing by delivering exceptional customer service to all residents.
- Ensure PA Housing's properties meet current Building Regulations, British Standards, ACoPs, and best practice guidelines. This includes the maintenance and servicing of building systems such as lifting equipment, water tanks, sewage stations, pumps, door entry systems, warden call systems, laundry equipment, fall arrest systems, gates and barriers, shared TV aerials, PV/solar panels, and lightning protection.
- Utilise the Keystone Service and Inspection module for managing and maintaining all building services, ensuring it is updated with service due dates and component renewal information.
- Raise work orders for all building services-related tasks.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to develop efficient services, ensuring consistency across PA Housing and sharing best practices.
- Strictly follow no-access procedures for fire equipment testing, electrical testing, and other building services and equipment.
- Authorise job variations within your delegated authority.
- Assist the Building Services team with monthly valuations, reconciliations, and payment requests.
- Provide administrative support to the Building Services team as needed.
- Schedule servicing appointments by making calls to residents.
- Assist in meeting or exceeding relevant KPIs and service standards.
- Provide KPI performance reports to relevant committees, including the Health and Safety Committee and the Fire Safety Group.
- Attend operational meetings to report on performance issues and take minutes when required.
- Work with the Home Ownership team to ensure compliance with Section 20 consultation procedures.
- Collate and retain project documentation for completed servicing, maintenance, and remedial works.
- Deliver a resident-focused service, achieving resident satisfaction targets across all service areas.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in line with PA Housing's customer service standards.

Our ideal candidate...
- CIPD certification
- HNC/HND or equivalent
- Experience with housing management systems
- Strong knowledge of building services and property maintenance
- Understanding of HSE ACoP L8
- Proficiency in IT systems
- Familiarity with Health and Safety requirements
- Experience working in a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) setting
- Proven experience in a customer-focused, performance-driven organisation within the housing, voluntary, or private sector
- Solid administrative skills
- Experience working within financial parameters and controls
- Experience collaborating with and supporting external suppliers to deliver excellent customer service
