Work location: Hybrid based in Exeter.

What you'll be doing day to day

• Collaborating with financial planners and other teams to enhance client service
• Processing new business applications, tracking to completion
• Administering existing client portfolios on third party platforms
• Preparing annual planning meeting packs
• Liaising with product providers to gather policy information
• Maintaining back -office systems and client records in line with company policies

About you

• A strong client service ethic
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good level of numerical skills
• Strong (verbal and written) communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised and enthusiastic team player
• Experience working in financial services/ knowledge of financial products desirable
• Empathetic and patient when handling challenging situations
