Job Description :

We are looking for a customer-centric Project Manager to join our team at Alitex. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships from point of sale throughout their journey with us, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations. As Project Manager, you will oversee the coordination and completion of glasshouse projects both in the UK and internationally (with a primary focus on the USA). Your efforts will ensure that each project aligns with our company’s strategy, commitments, and goals, fostering customer advocacy and enabling long-lasting partnerships.

As your role evolves, there may be opportunities to visit customers in the USA and build relationships face-to-face.

• Hours: Full time, 40 hours a week 8am-5pm. (Possibly flexing to progress to starting and finishing later to be available for USA customers e.g. 10am – 6pm TBC)
• Holiday: 22 days plus bank holidays (increasing to 24 after 1-yr.)

Key Responsibilities

You will receive in-house training for the following key responsibilities:

· Proactively communicate with customers at every stage of their Alitex journey to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience

· Manage and coordinate multiple projects from point of sale through design, production, installation and after-sales.

· Collaborate with several internal teams to ensure projects run efficiently and are completed to the highest standard

· Assess and mitigate project risks, ensuring site safety at all times

· Maintain organised timelines, ensuring all dates and milestones are met on schedule

· Respond to enquiries from builders, surveyors, and garden designers during the construction phase

· Conduct on-site technical surveys (in the UK and USA) to ensure the greenhouse base is accurate and meets required tolerances, and that the site is safe for installation.

• Alitex is based in a rural location near Petersfield in Hampshire, with limited access to public transport.
• Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK and have a full driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
