Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals looking to gain practical experience in an office environment while developing their professional skills. The successful candidate will assist with various administrative tasks, providing support to our team and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Duties
- Uploading data onto company system
- Assist office manager with basic office administrative tasks
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using computerised systems.
- Assist with clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and organising documents.
- Utilise QuickBooks for basic financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring that all materials are well-stocked.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
- Support the team in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars using Google Suite.
- Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing administrative support as needed.
- Maintain a tidy and organised office environment.
Requirements
- Proficiency in computerised systems, particularly Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to speak Mandarin Chinese would be preferred in order to help in contributing to team meetings with international office.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent clerical skills, including attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and personal development.
