We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Swim Manager to lead and develop a dynamic team. The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, managing budgets, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This is a high-performance, target-driven role where the successful candidate will be expected to consistently increase monthly targets, expand locations, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the swim team to ensure high performance and cohesion. Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
• Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all swim programs and locations.
• Customer Experience: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining program quality, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Target Achievement: Drive and meet monthly performance targets, continuously striving to increase these targets over time.
• Expansion and Growth: Strategically plan and execute the opening of additional locations, contributing to the growth and expansion of the business.
• Budgeting and Financial Management: Prepare, manage, and track budgets. Ensure financial efficiency while maximizing profitability.
• Scheduling: Create and manage staff and swim class schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and customer satisfaction.
• Revenue Tracking: Track and report on revenue generation, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase financial performance.
• Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to upper management, analyzing metrics such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and team performance. Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the swimming or fitness industry.
• Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
• Experience in scheduling, budget management, and financial reporting.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and consistently meet or exceed performance metrics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example and inspire the team.
• Experience in opening and managing multiple locations is a plus. High attention to detail and ability to maintain a customer-first mindset. Key Attributes:
