Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts, grow our brand presence, and engage with our audience in innovative ways. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content strategy, and branding, preferably with experience in the adult entertainment industry or a similarly creative field. You will be responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies that elevate our brand, grow our audience, and increase revenue, all while maintaining the integrity of our company's image and mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to grow the company's brand presence across various platforms (social media, digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, email campaigns, etc.).
• Lead the creation and management of promotional campaigns for new content releases, events, and other company initiatives.
• Build and maintain a strong brand identity that reflects the company's values, while resonating with a diverse, adult audience.
• Oversee the company's social media presence, ensuring engagement with fans and followers while adhering to platform guidelines and maintaining a respectful tone.
• Collaborate closely with the production team to align marketing strategies with upcoming projects and releases.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, and partners to expand the company's reach and drive brand awareness.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize reach, engagement, and ROI.
• Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns comply with legal requirements and platform-specific guidelines related to adult content.
• Stay informed on industry trends and audience behaviors to continuously refine and improve marketing efforts.
• Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Director, Senior Marketing Manager, or similar leadership role in digital marketing.
• Experience in the adult entertainment industry or similar creative sectors is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns.
• Proven ability to develop successful marketing campaigns and increase brand engagement across multiple platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with the legal and ethical considerations surrounding adult content marketing, including platform-specific restrictions and guidelines.
• A strong portfolio of past marketing campaigns that demonstrate creativity and impact.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
