Let us tell a bit about the opportunity
As a Remote Account Manager you will play an integral part of our experienced and dynamic internal sales team, which are very much the face of MotoNovo Finance and key drivers behind our success and performance.
As a Remote Account Manager you will be responsible for proactively managing smaller dealer relationships within a specified geographical region, through exceptional customer service, data driven decisions, risk management and pro-active account management.
You will work as a trusted partner to our dealerships in your designated region; being a front-line specialist for these dealers, handling all queries received and proactively making regular telephone contact to generate profitable business.
What will your day look like?
Our Remote Account Managers are responsible for;
- Maintaining successful, positive and mutually beneficial relationships with our dealers through regular telephone contact, to generate profitable business
- Creating meaningful MI for your assigned region including daily funded reports, KPI analysis as well as any other bespoke reporting
- Monitoring and identifying trends in performance of existing Accounts, and implementing plans to improve results or embrace opportunities identified
- Promoting relevant products and suggest enhancements where negative trends have been identified
- Proactively manage accepted business by securing commitment with dealers in a timely manner, converting to paid out cases.
- Actively manage the Divisions accepted business by securing commitment with Sales and decision makers in a timely manner, by proactively managing the DQR, under performing accounts and converting all pending business throughout the month where possible.
What do we expect from you?
- Previous experience within Motor Finance and/or experience within Sales
- In-depth knowledge of Regulation/Consumer duty in the finance industry
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to influence across the business
- The drive to succeed and a natural flare for building relationships
- Excellent time management and planning skills
- Fantastic communication, presenting and negotiation skills at all levels
- An enthusiastic and proactive approach to your work
- A passion for your career with a mentality to succeed
- Willingness to travel to conduct training across field sales
