Job Responsibility:
The postholder will lead and manage a professional and customer focused HR resourcing service across the Trust including Temporary Resourcing, Recruitment and Workforce Systems functions to support the delivery of the Trust objectives. The postholder will lead recruitment and retention strategies. Provide leadership and management to the teams and support the provision of specialist advice on all HR and employment matters. Ensure workforce systems and procedures enable the Trust to achieve high performance and quality standards and recommend changes where appropriate. Develop and deliver appropriate training programmes to ensure that managers are trained and supported to implement such policies fairly and consistently. Monitor and manage right to work and mandatory registration process. To develop systems for monitoring bank and agency spend and develop proactive strategies to reduce spend on temporary resourcing. To lead the Recruitment Services, and Workforce Systems functions in delivering a high-performance customer focused service.
