National Fuel Logistics Manager - 12 month fixed term

“Find your role”

In this role you will be required to manage and control the fuel delivery operation to all our petrol filling locations, ensuring flawless delivery processes through our 3rd party fuel logistic partners, at minimum cost and great service. You will also manage the relationship with the haulers and manage emergency response in case of possible business disruptions.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage transportation contracts by working in partnership with our procurement and legal teams

• Invoice verification and approval

• Define yearly logistics budget

• Ensure operational KPI's are being followed up and improved

• Ensure timely and trustworthy fuel supply chain KPI reporting for all our logistics partners

• Ensure optimal supply chain option is applied across the network and product availability is guaranteed.

• Monthly performance reviews with all suppliers ensuring we are driving accountability on performance and costs
