Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for a Day Assistant Operations Manager to help ISS become the world's greatest service organisation by providing service performance facilitating our customers' purpose through people empowerment.
Key Responsibilities- This role directs, plans, organises and co-ordinates the service activities to meet the planned financial and operational performance targets of the contract across various client sites in UK.
- This role will be a driver and integrator of excellence in customer service and delivery, instilling a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in both ISS and supply partners' teams.
- This is an active and visible role requiring excellent relationship skills as well as entrepreneurship and the ability to identify, lead and drive change programmes within the account to ensure that best practice is shared across all parts of the contract.
- Key objectives include - Meeting financial and operational KPI targets, improved customer satisfaction and strong HSE performance through the effective management and development of team of high performing people and sub-contracted resources.
- Demonstrate honesty to show respect to your colleagues, the client, and your work.
- Deliver a quality service through your day-to-day actions at different sites as required.
- Set high standards for yourself and strive to achieve them.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications- 3+ years of relevant experience operating at a management grade
- Previous experience managing multi-sites and large operations ideally in the financial services industry
- Effective negotiating and influencing skills
- Experience of managing Health & Safety compliance
- Demonstrate running / assisting an operation / business
- Problem solver with a commercial and solution focused approach
- Financially and commercially astute
