We have an opportunity for a Vice President, Accounting and Shared Services to join our team and lead our finance function across the UK, US, and Asia.

Working closely with our CFO, this is a pivotal senior role that provides leadership to several direct reports, and a greater talented global finance team of c.50 encompassing financial control, accounting, treasury, and statutory reporting for the entire INTO Group.

This role might appeal to you if you are a technical finance leader. You will enjoy leading global finance teams, navigating complex statutory reporting, and supporting your teams in continuously improving financial processes.

What you'll do as the VP, Accounting and Shared Services:

  • Own the consolidated statutory reporting and audit for the INTO Group and its global entities.
  • Oversee the preparation of consolidated statutory accounts, partner with regional finance teams, and provide technical accounting support to the C-suite.
  • Lead the global year-end process and ensure timely and accurate monthly close procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and controls across all entities.
  • Be responsible for global treasury management, including cash, liquidity, and forex operations.
  • Provide leadership on large-scale accounting and finance transformation projects.
  • Oversee university partner billing, global commission payments, payroll, and operational banking functions.
