Job Responsibility:
The School of Geography and the Environment (SoGE) at the University of Oxford is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Communications Officer to lead strategic communications and enhance the School's global profile.
This is a key role within a small, collaborative team, responsible for planning and delivering impactful campaigns, managing digital and social media channels, overseeing website content, and leading public relations efforts. You will work across the School and with affiliated research centres to translate complex academic work into engaging content for diverse audiences.
This is an exciting opportunity for a confident communicator with strong technical skills and a passion for impactful storytelling in an academic environment.
This is a full-time, fixed-term post for 1 year to provide cover during a period of staff absence.Please note, this vacancy is open to secondment opportunities.What We Offer
