London Healthcare Clinic and City Foot Health is a busymulti-disciplinary clinic situated in the heart of the city of London.
We are looking for an experienced receptionist who has previousexperience in the medical or healthcare field. We are a close team witha great client base and with our recent expansion we looking forward towelcoming the right candidate to our team.
This role would be suited to someone who wishes to work 10-15 hours perweek with flexibility to cover for colleagues' holiday cover around 8weeks of the year?
Key Details:£11.00 per hour , to be increased after probationary period.Experience highly recommended but full training can be provided to theright candidate.With immediate start

The Role:Ensure the smooth running of the reception area and consulting roomsincluding light cleaning duties and preparationsConfidently manage busy patient areasDiscussing services and products with patients and consultantsBooking in patients correctly on multiple patient booking systemsTyping and formatting medical lettersCompleting referrals and diagnostic referralsLiaising with consultants and clinicians to develop service culture andclinician satisfactionLiaising with patients to develop service culture and patient satisfactionBe well presented and represent the company to an extremely high standardPatients and visitors will be made to feel welcome and looked after.Managing clinic diaries and ensuring that appointments run to timeliaising with consultants, patients and support teamCompleting daily cash and credit card reports.Greeting, advising and helping customers that enter the businessManage busy clinic diaries to ensure each day runs smoothly for thewhole teamManaging patient bookings for the clinic and liaison with Clinic Managerand other administrative staff e.g all aspects from initial consultationto discharge and follow upHandling customer complaints and issuesMaintaining and developing relationships with existing customers viameetings, face to face, telephone calls and emails.Working with the team, you will play an important role of monitoring andfacilitating the information flow and providing administration support.Preparing notes for clinicEnsuring patients are comfortable throughout processDealing with correspondence to patients, relatives and professional bodiesDealing with invoicing to patients and insurance companies and ensuringprompt paymentIf you are interested please apply for the role now, or contact us formore information or email your CV and cover letter.Job Type: Permanent
