We've recently moved to modern, larger premises near Carlisle Airport to support our growing team and expanding business, and we're looking for a highly organised and motivated Service Coordinator/Administrator to join us on this exciting journey.
Role Overview:As a Service Coordinator/Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for all incoming calls to the business and will support our Operations Director with coordinating service schedules, addressing customer enquiries, and supporting the efficient delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls, providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact for all customers and clients.
- Coordinate and schedule services based on customer needs and priorities.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Manage reception duties, greeting visitors and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate team members.
- Prepare and manage service documentation and reports.
- Monitor service performance and escalate any issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and industry standards.
- Provide administration support to the team as needed
- Support with the management of our ISO and other accreditations
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in service coordination, administration, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Experience of ISO accreditation or working in an ISO accredited environment
