Job Responsibility:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Research & Admin Assistant to join our team in Sleaford. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for gathering data on why customers choose not to renew their services, documenting findings, and ensuring that all information is logged accurately for further analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Retention Research: Reach out to customers who have chosen not to renew their contracts to understand their reasons for leaving. Gather relevant information through phone calls or email correspondence.
- Documenting Findings: Log and record customer feedback and reasons for non-renewal into our database, ensuring all data is complete and accurate.
- Data Collation: Collect and organise data from various sources, including customer feedback, surveys, and cancellation records, for easy reference and future analysis.
- Admin Support: Assist with general administrative tasks related to customer retention efforts, including filing and maintaining records.
- Customer Communication: Handle phone calls with customers, ensuring a positive and professional approach, even if customers are upset or frustrated.
- Team Support: Work closely with senior team members to ensure all customer feedback is properly documented and available for further analysis and strategy development.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to carefully record and document customer feedback with high attention to detail.
- Customer Service Mindset: Comfortably handle phone calls with customers, including those who may be upset, while maintaining a friendly and empathetic tone.
- Good Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and accurately documenting feedback.
- Patience & Empathy: A mature and calm demeanor when dealing with customers, especially in challenging situations.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organised records.
- Life Experience: We are looking for someone with a mature attitude and a wealth of life experience, who brings a calm and professional approach to their work.
- Previous Experience: Customer service or administrative experience is a plus, but not essential for this entry-level position.
