Job Responsibility:

CORPORATE ADMINISTRATOR

JOB PURPOSE:

To support the implementation of Positive Behaviour Support and other person-centred practices within our services. The role involves assisting with administrative tasks, data analysis, and direct support activities to enhance the quality of life for the individuals we serve.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

We are seeking a positive and motivated individual to join our team as a Corporate Administrator. You will work closely with our Corporate leadership team in a dynamic office environment and across our services in Cardiff and Vale.

Our ultimate goal is to enhance the quality of life for everyone we support. This role requires a high level of enthusiasm and commitment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the HR Manager and Behavioural Practitioner with administrative tasks.
  • Take detailed notes during meetings and training sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, training sessions, and meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute training materials and other documents.
  • Answer telephone calls and respond appropriately to queries.
  • Serve as a point of contact for team queries.
  • Assist in running workshops and training sessions.
  • Build positive relationships with staff and external partners.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Assist in analysing data to identify patterns in behavioural trends.
  • Assist in the review of behaviour monitoring forms and digital systems to identify triggers.
  • Utilize and update Matrices for Analysis and Intervention Development.
  • Assist in conduct Positive Monitoring.
  • Assist wider Corporate leadership team as needed
