Here at P&O Ferries we are seeking an B2B Group & Agent Support Team Advisor to join our team here in Dover on a Permanent basis .

If you have a positive and confident outlook, strong communication and people skills, great understanding of customers and their needs and want to make a difference then this could be the role for you. While we would like you to have some experience within a B2B customer role, don't worry if you don't as we can provide full training, we want to recruit individuals who can engage positively with customers and our team and developing their career here at P&O.

In this role you will mainly be responsible for the maintaining of established B2B relationship whilst actively seeking out and helping to establishing new ones. You will work alongside colleagues in a well established and supportive team. In this role you will liaise with customers, talking calls, making bookings, responding to emails and webchat from indirect customers including Coach Operators and Public, Rallies, Consolidator and Travel Agents on a Pan European basis.

Required Experience:

Location - Dover, this role is a Monday to Friday basis, which includes public holidays.
