This is an exciting opportunity for graduates with a passion for young people, looking to build a career in education or related fields. We are seeking top graduates to work with young people in primary schools close to Winchester. The ability to drive will be an essential requirement, in order to reach the school site each day.

This opportunity offers individuals looking to build a career in education, within a unique school setting, giving you the opportunity to propel your career into education, leadership & management. You will be trained as a Teaching Assistant supporting young people who require additional support in school. This opportunity is particularly relevant for individuals aspiring to enter into a career in education, psychology or mental health.

The schools available are based near Winchester - all of these schools support a range of children, including those with a range of complex learning needs such as physical, sensory and behavioural. The schools have recently been rated as 'Good' or above by Ofsted and works with boys & girls at a critical time in their educational development. We have several positions available to start in March 2025 and you will be paid between £400-£450 per week, depending on your experience to date.

- Experience working with young people in either a volunteering or professional capacity- Excellent ability to build connections with young people of all backgrounds- Positive, welcoming and patient- Ability to motivate and inspire young people
